1. Processing & Production Times
All prints and products are made to order. Typical processing times:
- Standard prints (4x6, 5x7, 8x10, A4 & A3): 3–5 Business days
- Larger Prints (A2 & A1): 5–10 Business days
- Speciality products: may require longer
2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- UK Tracked Delivery: 1–3 Business days
- Europe Tracked Delivery: 3–5 Business days
- Rest of the World Tracked Delivery: 6-7 Business days
Courier delays are beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are agreed at point of sale
Prices are based on:
- Product size and weight
- Destination location
We aim to offer competitive, fair postage rates.
4. Packaging
All products are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
Depending on the product type, this may include:
- Rigid envelopes
- Protective sleeves
- Protective tubes
- Corrugated card
- Bubble‑wrapped boxes
5. Delivery Issues
If your order:
- Has not arrived within the estimated timeframe
- Arrives damaged
- Arrives incomplete
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

6. Non-Returnable Items
Because products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or product chosen by the customer
- Colour differences due to screen display
- Personal preference
7. Damaged or Faulty Items
We will replace or refund only if:
- Your item arrives damaged
- Your item is faulty
- You receive the wrong item
To process a claim, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damage or fault

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund using the original payment method.
8. Cancellations
Because items begin production shortly after ordering, cancellations are only possible if requested before production starts.
Once printing has begun, cancellations are not available.
If you need to cancel, contact us immediately with your order & contact details
9. Incorrect Address Information
We cannot refund or replace orders that are lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided.
Please ensure all delivery details provided are correct.
10. Lost Parcels
If your parcel appears lost in transit:
- We will work with the courier to investigate
- Lost parcel claims may take up to 10 working days
- Replacements will be issued once the courier confirms the parcel cannot be found
