5. Production & Delivery
Production Time
Each print and product is made to order. Production times may vary depending on the product type.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only.
Delays caused by postal services or couriers are outside our control.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
We may request photos of the damage to process a replacement.
6. Returns & Refunds
Because all prints and products are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or product chosen by the customer
- Colour differences caused by screen display variations
We will replace or refund items only if they are:
- Damaged in transit
- Faulty
- Incorrect due to our error
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
7. Photography Services
For bookings such as portraits, weddings, or commercial shoots, the following apply:
- A contract or booking agreement will be provided
- Deposits are non-refundable unless explicitly stated
- Final balances must be paid before delivery of images or products
If a client chooses to keep their images fully private, a copyright buyout fee may apply.
8. Image Usage for Marketing
We may use selected images from client sessions for:
- Website portfolios
- Social media
- Sample prints
- Advertising or promotional materials
This is based on legitimate business interest.
If you prefer your images not to be used, please discuss this at the time of booking or contact us directly.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Losses caused by delayed deliveries
- Data loss resulting from technical issues
- Website downtime or errors
- Third‑party failures (e.g., printing labs, postal services)
Our liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service.
